How to book an Autoworld service

You can drop your vehicle off for a service at all Autoworld branches (except Lusaka, Buseko and Chipata branches), and your boat at the Lusaka, Downtown branch, whenever you like. You can also book a vehicle or marine service in advance. This will help  guarantee a particular service slot or pick up time. Within each service discussed on our website, you’ll find a ‘book’ button. Press this link, complete the form and we’ll manage things from there. Alternatively, you can book a service by contacting your branch by phone.

Special orders

If for whatever reason, Autoworld does not have the product you need in stock, then ask about their special order service. Through our network of international suppliers and distribution channels, Autoworld is very likely to be able to source the product you need within 7 to 21 days. All that is required are a few details on the inspection plate of your vehicle:

• Vehicle type

• Engine number

• Model number

• Chassis number

• Year of manufacture

Once these details have been provided a quotation will be issued to you in less than 3 working days.

Stock availability

Autoworld holds substantial levels of stock to ensure you can have the items you need quickly. If you want to make sure the items you need are available to pick up when you arrive, use our contact information to get in touch.

• The Downtown Lusaka branch is the main marine products dealership but other Autoworld branches hold smaller marine products lines.

Guarantees and warrantees

As distributors of many brands, most Autoworld products are guaranteed by supporting brand warranties. So long as you adhere to the specified rules of product warranties, Autoworld will honour them, helping you through any challenges you might have with products purchased from Autoworld.

Returns

If you accidentally buy the wrong product Autoworld will accept returns, as long as you return the product with the packaging intact together with your receipt. In this case you can exchange your product or get a refund.
